Scott J. Frey – President & Founder

Scott J. Frey is president and founder of Frey Enterprises, LLC. Scott has more than 30 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry across five Fortune 500, mid-sized and start-up companies including Nabisco, Brach’s Confections, Blueberry Hill Foods, Nutcracker Snacks, and Farley’s & Sathers Candy Co. He has hands-on experience operating in private, public and leveraged buyout (LBO) environments. Scott is a successful senior sales and marketing executive and general manager with expertise in these areas:

New product growth innovation and revitalization of core businesses in branded and private label portfolios
Developing and managing diverse sales organizations including direct sales, direct store delivery (DSD), national accounts, and broker groups across all trade classes
Building and developing cross-functional teams and long-term customer relationships
Motivational speaking and team building events

Scott is recognized in the industry for his impeccable reputation, integrity, passion for the business, and adherence to the philosophy that “working together means winning together.”

He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the National Confectioners Association (NCA), and was a member of the National Convenience Store Association (NACS), National Restaurant Association (NRA), and Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA).

Scott lives in Dallas, TX, with his wife Wendy; he has two daughters, Ashley and Nicole.
